the origin of the universe is the big bang! (more on that later.)

 

 

and the formation of the solar system is… umm…ah! ok. so there was a cloud of dust and gas that collapsed to form the sun! it started a life cycle! the sun has 4 layers; c

 

 

ore, radiative zone, convective zone, and atmosphere!ok, so the earth formed in the radiative zone of the sun.

Just kidding! this is a photo of mercury eclipsing. actually, the Earth formed the exact same place it is “today”.

so, the origin of the universe is still unknown, but the 3 biggest  theories are:

constant state theory: the universe is expanding, but as it does, it creates more and more and MORE stuff! But in the 1960s, They ruled out this one.

Oscillating Model theory: The Universe is a giant balloon Inflating!And deflating!And inflating! And Deflating! And In– Okay I think you get the point. People Have ruled this one out too.
